Jacques was very friendly and amenable to win business. After spending a significant sum of money and having most items delivered as agreed, they got the quality and specification on a glass table top wrong three times over the period of a year. Finally they just walked away and stopped answering calls and replying to messages leading to an unsatisfactory experience. I am stuck with a glass top that I didn't specify.
I have since located other local suppliers who are honest, reliable and competitive. Be careful when you engage with this company. They talk the talk but when it comes to walking the walk, they just vanish. I have come across atleast two other clients of theirs who have had not had a good experience.

Since the owner has decided to respond to my review with no opportunity for me to counter respond, I am editing my review.
Jacques, the first glass tops for both the coffee and dining table were faulty. You accepted that the dining table glass was faulty but it took you 6 months to get a manufacturer representative to visit our house. You didn't bother to accompany her and she herself acknowledged the fault and arranged a replacement. Unfortunately this not right either and you arranged another replacement from what I believe was a different company. This again took nearly 4 months and was not to specification. All I am asking for, is to be supplied with a glass to the specification agreed. Incidentally the radius on the corner was supplied by you on earlier versions and apparently you have forgotten to specify it on the current glass top and obviously dont want to sort it out. At no time have I changed my mind and I have provided you evidence to this effect, which you have ignored.
Now you accuse me of failing to pay you? I have paid you R118k of R125k. I have clearly set out my position on the final payment and you have read but ignored my messages and you also accuse me of lying? Perhaps I should post screenshots of WhatsApp messages for everyone to see and make their own judgement.
Please deal with this business at your own peril. They have set out publicly who they really are.

Our old shower stool needed replacement. Oldroot custom made a fantastic new stool from Leadwood that is solid and will most likely last a life time. It was ready within a few days. Great service at a reasonable cost.
